A UMC booklet for national centres about the workings of the WHO Programme for International Drug Monitoring, also translated into Spanish and French. It covers the advantages of membership - things that countries receive automatically from UMC (access to VigiBase, Signal, terminologies and software, guidelines and resources, and the international network). It also sets out what is expected from national centres, including reporting format compatibility and quality.
