Status updates for WHODrug and Vigi applications
This page provides current status updates about the availability of Uppsala Monitoring Centre’s (UMC) online services in the WHODrug and Vigi applications and PV Solutions portfolios, including notices of planned maintenance and incident response.
Regular service window
UMC has a recurring maintenance window on the third Tuesday morning of each month, from 05:00 - 08:00 CET.
Note. Our systems are continuously monitored and this web page is regularly updated during UMC office hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 CET.
Please email our support at support@who-umc.org if your technical issues with WHODrug or Vigi applications are not mentioned above.
Scheduled application maintenance
Please note that maintenance of WHODrug Customised Drug Groupings (CDGs) in WHODrug Insight is scheduled for 12 September. The CDGs feature will be unavailable between 8:00 and 19:00 CEST.
Additionally, the WHODrug Change Analysis Tool, the WHODrug User Area, VigiFlow, VigiLyze and the VigiBase API will be temporarily unavailable for a few hours on 17 September due to a server migration.
