When an administrator adds a new user to VigiFlow, they need to activate their account by setting their own password.

Ask new users to follow the instructions below to activate their account.

Note: If they already have access to VigiLyze (with the same e-mail address), their user name and password for VigiFlow are the same, and they do not need to reset their password.

Go to the VigiFlow log-in page
Click the link Forgot your password?
Follow the instructions to set your password.

Keep in mind that your login details are personal and confidential. Google Chrome is the recommended web browser for VigiFlow.
